Swatch Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the Conestoga Mall boutique, ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising are consistently delivered.
- Drive sales performance by coaching and motivating the sales team, monitoring KPIs and executing promotional initiatives.
- Deliver exceptional client service, including clienteling, after-sales follow-up and complaint resolution to cultivate loyalty.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and receive shipments; conduct regular stock counts and assist with shrinkage prevention.
- Manage staff scheduling, training and performance feedback to maintain optimal coverage and a high-performing team.
- Operate point-of-sale procedures, handle cash and transactions with accuracy and maintain daily sales and cash reports.
- Ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies, health & safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in watches, jewellery or luxury fashion.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching and operational discipline.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with experience in staff scheduling and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in clientelling and conflict resolution.
- Legal right to work in Canada and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

At least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role within retail, ideally with experience in watches, jewellery or luxury/apparel boutiques and a track record of achieving sales targets.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, retail management or a related field is preferred.
