Swatch Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the Conestoga Mall boutique, ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising are consistently delivered.
2. Drive sales performance by coaching and motivating the sales team, monitoring KPIs and executing promotional initiatives.
3. Deliver exceptional client service, including clienteling, after-sales follow-up and complaint resolution to cultivate loyalty.
4. Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and receive shipments; conduct regular stock counts and assist with shrinkage prevention.
5. Manage staff scheduling, training and performance feedback to maintain optimal coverage and a high-performing team.
6. Operate point-of-sale procedures, handle cash and transactions with accuracy and maintain daily sales and cash reports.
7. Ensure compliance with loss-prevention policies, health & safety regulations and company operational procedures.

1. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably in watches, jewellery or luxury fashion.
2. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching and operational discipline.
3. Strong leadership and people-management skills with experience in staff scheduling and performance management.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in clientelling and conflict resolution.
5. Legal right to work in Canada and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
