1. Drive sales through staff motivation and support, ensuring exceptional customer service and sales growth.
2. Guide the sales team to enhance customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
3. Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control and adherence to company procedures.
4. Support recruitment, development, and disciplinary processes, contributing to staff evaluations and development plans.
5. Help maintain store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising.
6. Uphold workplace safety and serve as a role model for company policies and procedures.

1. At least 3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in fashion and/or accessories.
2. Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of MS Office.
3. Experience working with POS systems.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including relationship building.
2. Effective leadership skills to mentor and motivate the retail team.
3. Results-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm.
4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
5. Self-starter who works well independently and in team environments.

A minimum of 3 years in a retail leadership role, ideally within the fashion or accessories sector.

Starting base pay of $45,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.
