1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
4. Support in the training and development of store staff.

6. Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English.
3. Strong leadership and team management abilities.

3. Proficiency in retail management software and systems.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management or supervisory position is required.

A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
