Swatch Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading and coordinating store staff and activities.
- Enhance the store's commercial potential in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Serve as an ambassador for Swatch's values and culture.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales experience, exploring opportunities, developing solutions, and setting an example for staff.
- Ensure post-sale technical assistance and proper warranty application.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor quantitative and qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to ensure adequate resources for performance goals.
- Supervise and ensure continuous team training as per Store Manager guidelines.
- Draft daily activity agendas, including staff scheduling.
- Manage cash-related security activities: payment procedures, tax-free processes, opening and closing procedures, and bank deposits.
- Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards as per guidelines.
- Proactively analyze inventory needs to ensure proper product assortment.
- Collaborate with key departments to maintain store space efficiency and excellence.
- Analyze and control stock products and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and accounting processes.
- Maintain in-store excellence with a constant customer focus.
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and inspiring work environment.
- Continuously scout for potential external talents to join the team.
- Previous experience in a similar role within structured retail companies offering high-level service and customer consultancy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Planning and organizational abilities.
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of customer experience in retail.
- Proven track record in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
- Ability to prioritize, work dynamically and flexibly, and communicate effectively.
- Complexity management and multitasking capabilities.
- Effective use of feedback for team skill enhancement.
- Proactivity, problem-solving, teamwork with a proactive and positive attitude, and attention to detail.
- Initiative, dynamism, and enthusiasm.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
Previous experience in a similar role within structured retail companies offering high-level service and customer consultancy.
