1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store's smooth functioning.
2. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
3. Support in managing inventory and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
4. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional service and performance.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury or fashion sectors.
