1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability.
3. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
4. Supervise and train store staff to enhance their performance and development.
5. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
7. Monitor and report on store performance metrics.
