1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Support staff training and development initiatives.
4. Contribute to achieving sales targets and store profitability.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
6. Handle inventory management and stock replenishment.

1. Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
2. Strong understanding of luxury retail and customer service excellence.
3. Proficiency in Italian and English.
