1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Supervise and motivate sales staff to meet sales goals.
4. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
5. Implement and uphold visual merchandising standards.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
