1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales targets and enhance customer experience.
4. Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure product availability.
5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Support in training and development of store staff.

1. Previous experience in a supervisory role within retail.
2. Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
3. Strong understanding of customer service principles.

1. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.
4. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail supervisory role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods sector.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management is advantageous.
