- Drive sales and support sales objectives.
- Perform daily operations of a specialty retail store.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a cohesive and high-functioning team.
- Set the standard for superior customer service and sales volume.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and motivate staff, leading by example.
- Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets.
- Promote the Swatch brand through effective communication and professionalism.
- 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position, specialty retail preferred.

Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour, plus commission.
