1. Drive sales and support sales objectives.
2. Perform daily operations of a specialty retail store.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a cohesive and high-functioning team.
4. Set the standard for superior customer service and sales volume.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards.
6. Develop and motivate staff, leading by example.
7. Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets.
8. Promote the Swatch brand through effective communication and professionalism.

1. 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position, specialty retail preferred.

Pay Range: $22 - $24 per hour, plus commission.
