1. Drive sales and support sales objectives in the retail environment.
2. Perform daily operations of a specialty retail store.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to lead a cohesive and high-functioning team.
4. Set and maintain superior customer service and sales standards.
5. Uphold visual merchandising standards.
6. Develop and motivate staff, leading by example.
7. Ensure the security of cash, inventory, and other company assets.
8. Enhance the Swatch brand through effective communication and professionalism.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager role, preferably in specialty retail.

Candidates must possess at least 3-5 years of experience in an Assistant Manager position, with a preference for those with a background in specialty retail.

$22 - $24 per hour, plus commission.
