1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
4. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
6. Support the implementation of marketing and promotional activities within the store.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury or fashion industry.
