1. Support the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
5. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
6. Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales to maximize profits.
7. Handle customer complaints and queries in a professional manner.
