1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals and maintain store standards.
4. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
5. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role preferred.
