1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the implementation of marketing strategies to increase store traffic.
4. Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
5. Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
7. Contribute to achieving sales targets and store profitability.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
2. Proficiency in both English and French.
3. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
