1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support in the implementation of sales strategies to achieve store targets.
4. Coordinate staff schedules and manage team performance.
5. Maintain store inventory and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.

1. Proven experience in a retail management role.
2. Strong leadership and organizational skills.
3. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position, preferably within the luxury or fashion sector.
