1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and visual merchandising in accordance with brand guidelines.
5. Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling and reporting.
6. Support in training and development of store staff.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.
