1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets and profitability objectives.
4. Oversee inventory management and stock control.
5. Train and develop store staff to enhance performance and customer service.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards to align with brand guidelines.
