1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets and store profitability.
4. Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
5. Contribute to staff training and development.
6. Maintain visual merchandising standards.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and merchandising.

1. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficient in using retail management software.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management or supervisory position, preferably within the fashion or luxury sectors.

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or retail management is advantageous.
