Swatch Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading and managing the team.
- Act as the Deputy Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Drive sales and ensure customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure the organization and smooth operation of the store alongside the Store Manager.
- Lead by example in service and customer care.
- Achieve sales goals and promote cross-selling.
- Maintain optimal store appearance and product presentation.
- Manage administrative tasks in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Organize and conduct training for new employees.
- Delegate tasks and organize the working day efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to forward important business information.
- Represent the brand and ensure adherence to brand policies.
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
- Experience in public relations and marketing activities.
- Leadership and team management.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in German/Swiss German and English.
- Additional language skills are advantageous.
Experience in sales and leadership of a retail store or as an assistant store manager is required.
Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator is preferred.
