- Support the Store Manager in leading the team.
- Act as Deputy of the Store Manager in their absence.
- Drive sales and customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure the organization and running of the store.
- Lead by example in service and customer care.

- Ensure a perfect appearance of the store and optimum product presentation.
- Organize training for new employees.

- Education as a salesperson in retail or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership of a store or as an assistant store manager.
