1. Support the Store Manager in leading the team and act as Deputy in their absence.
2. Drive sales and customer acquisition while ensuring customer retention.
3. Oversee the organization and operations of the store in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Lead by example in customer service and care, ensuring a perfect customer reception and service.
5. Achieve sales goals and facilitate cross-selling.
6. Ensure optimal product presentation and store appearance.
7. Handle administrative activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
8. Organize training for new employees and delegate tasks appropriately.
9. Motivate the team and arrange motivating sales targets.
10. Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and forward important business information.

1. Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
2. Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager.
3. Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
4. Proficient in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
5. Experience in PR and marketing activities.

Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as an assistant store manager.

Education as a salesperson in retail and/or as a sales coordinator.
