Swatch Assistant Store Manager

- Support the Store Manager in leading the team and act as Deputy in their absence.
- Drive sales and customer acquisition while ensuring customer retention.
- Oversee the organization and operations of the store in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Lead by example in customer service and care, ensuring a perfect customer reception and service.
- Achieve sales goals and facilitate cross-selling.
- Ensure optimal product presentation and store appearance.
- Handle administrative activities in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Organize training for new employees and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Motivate the team and arrange motivating sales targets.
- Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and forward important business information.
- Education in retail sales or as a sales coordinator with commercial skills.
- Experience in sales and leadership within a retail environment, preferably as an Assistant Store Manager.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Proficient in sales strategy and numbers-oriented.
- Experience in PR and marketing activities.

- Organizational and administrative proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in German or Swiss German, and English at C1 level or above
Experience in sales and leadership of a store and its sales staff, or as an assistant store manager.
Education as a salesperson in retail and/or as a sales coordinator.
