Swatch Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the Store Manager in all day-to-day retail operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
2. Drive the customer journey by delivering high-quality sales interactions, clienteling and aftercare to maximise conversion and loyalty.
3. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and in-store storytelling to reflect seasonal campaigns and product launches.
4. Coach, motivate and supervise sales staff to achieve individual and store sales targets; participate in recruitment and onboarding.
5. Manage stock control, inventory accuracy and replenishment processes, liaising with regional logistics as required.
6. Analyse sales performance metrics and contribute to planning and execution of local promotional activities.

1. Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within watches, accessories or fashion retail.
2. Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent interpersonal and coaching abilities with experience leading a small sales team.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays, and availability for a fixed-term parental-leave cover (~1.5 years).

Typically 2+ years of hands-on retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role; prior experience in watches, jewellery or fashion retail is advantageous.
