1. Train, supervise, and motivate store employees to achieve sales goals.
2. Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to optimize time management.
3. Delegate tasks to team members as needed.
4. Monitor employee performance and assist the Store Manager with performance management, training, and coaching.
5. Assist in the implementation of induction programs for new employees.
6. Encourage team members to complete required E-Learning.
7. Ensure service standards align with Swatch guidelines.
8. Minimize shrinkage through careful monitoring and attentive action.
9. Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.
10. Maintain awareness of product and security hot spots.
11. Implement and follow stock management policies.
12. Accurately report on administration and stock control.
13. Greet and serve customers, providing a memorable experience.
14. Ensure familiarity with the product range to provide detailed information to customers.
15. Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels.
16. Ensure daily till reconciliation and secure cash handling.
17. Communicate confidently at all levels within the store and with Swatch Group teams.
18. Attend regular training sessions and stay informed about new products.
19. Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company policies.
20. Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred, particularly in fashion accessories or related fields.
