Swatch Assistant Store Manager

- Train, supervise, and motivate store employees to achieve sales goals.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to optimize time management.
- Delegate tasks to team members as needed.
- Monitor employee performance and assist the Store Manager with performance management, training, and coaching.
- Assist in the implementation of induction programs for new employees.
- Encourage team members to complete required E-Learning.
- Ensure service standards align with Swatch guidelines.
- Minimize shrinkage through careful monitoring and attentive action.
- Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain awareness of product and security hot spots.
- Implement and follow stock management policies.
- Accurately report on administration and stock control.
- Greet and serve customers, providing a memorable experience.
- Ensure familiarity with the product range to provide detailed information to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels.
- Ensure daily till reconciliation and secure cash handling.
- Communicate confidently at all levels within the store and with Swatch Group teams.
- Attend regular training sessions and stay informed about new products.
- Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company policies.
- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to motivate and raise team morale.
- Passion for developing colleagues and providing constructive feedback.
- Desire to exceed customer service expectations.
- Driven to improve conversion rates and meet KPIs.
- Commercial acumen with a focus on profitability.

- Retail management or supervisory experience.
- Experience in retail or fashion accessories.
- Experience with international customers.
- Multilingual communication abilities.
- Experience in training colleagues.
Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred, particularly in fashion accessories or related fields.
