Swatch Assistant Store Manager

- Train, supervise, and motivate employees to achieve store goals.
- Plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to optimize time usage.
- Delegate tasks to team members as needed.
- Monitor employee performance and assist with performance management, training, and coaching.
- Assist in implementing induction programs for new employees.
- Encourage completion of required E-Learning by team members.
- Ensure service standards align with Swatch guidelines.
- Minimize shrinkage through careful monitoring and attentive action.
- Ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Maintain awareness of product and security hot spots.
- Ensure stock management policies are implemented.
- Conduct stock checks and audits.
- Accurately report administration and stock control.
- Collate sales figures.
- Provide friendly service and memorable customer experiences.
- Maintain familiarity with product range and functions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure daily till reconciliation and secure cash handling.
- Communicate confidently at all levels within the store and Swatch Group.
- Attend regular training sessions and provide product training to colleagues.
- Ensure products are displayed according to company policies.
- Manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
