1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
3. Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels.
5. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Support in training and development of store personnel.
