1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
4. Oversee inventory management and stock control.
5. Train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
6. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards.
