1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained to reflect brand image.
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
6. Support the Store Manager in training and developing team members.

1. Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
