1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Support the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
4. Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet performance objectives.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Assist in inventory management and stock control.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management position or similar role is required.
