1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained according to brand guidelines.
4. Manage inventory control and stock management efficiently.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Support in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
