Swatch Assistant Store Manager

- Advise customers and sell current watch trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador and share product knowledge with customers.
- Support the Store Manager in staff management and motivation.
- Serve as the primary contact in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Coach staff in daily sales activities.
- Analyze store metrics and implement sales-boosting measures.
- Perform tasks such as cash register closing and handling customer complaints and orders.
- Implement guidelines from headquarters to ensure optimal store appearance.
- Experience in retail or a similar field with lifestyle products.
- Initial experience in staff management and team motivation.
- Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
