- Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of the latest watch trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador, utilizing storytelling to share product knowledge with customers.
- Support the Store Manager in staff leadership and motivation, and assume full responsibility in their absence.
- Coach sales staff on the shop floor to enhance daily sales activities.
- Analyze store performance metrics and develop strategies to boost sales.
- Perform daily operational tasks such as cash handling, customer complaints, and order processing.
- Implement headquarters' guidelines to maintain optimal store appearance.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field with lifestyle products.
- Initial experience in team leadership and motivation.
- Customer-focused with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with current trends and a passion for staying informed.
- Proficiency in English.

Prior experience in retail or a similar environment with lifestyle products, along with initial leadership experience, is required.
