1. Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of the latest watch trends.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, utilizing storytelling to share product knowledge with customers.
3. Support the Store Manager in staff leadership and motivation, and assume full responsibility in their absence.
4. Coach sales staff on the shop floor to enhance daily sales activities.
5. Analyze store performance metrics and develop strategies to boost sales.
6. Perform daily operational tasks such as cash handling, customer complaints, and order processing.
7. Implement headquarters' guidelines to maintain optimal store appearance.

1. Previous experience in retail or a related field with lifestyle products.
2. Initial experience in team leadership and motivation.

4. Familiarity with current trends and a passion for staying informed.
