1. Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of Swatch and Flik Flak products.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, utilizing storytelling to engage customers with the brand's history and product offerings.
3. Support the Store Manager in staff management and motivation, stepping in as the primary contact in their absence.
4. Coach and guide sales associates on the shop floor to enhance their performance.
5. Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to boost sales.
6. Handle daily operations including cash management, customer complaints, and order processing.
7. Ensure the store adheres to corporate visual merchandising guidelines for optimal presentation.

1. Previous experience in retail or a similar field with lifestyle products.
2. Initial experience in team leadership and motivation.
3. Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in English.
