Swatch Assistant Store Manager

- Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of Swatch and Flik Flak products.
- Act as a brand ambassador, utilizing storytelling to engage customers with the brand's history and product offerings.
- Support the Store Manager in staff management and motivation, stepping in as the primary contact in their absence.
- Coach and guide sales associates on the shop floor to enhance their performance.
- Analyze store performance metrics and implement strategies to boost sales.
- Handle daily operations including cash management, customer complaints, and order processing.
- Ensure the store adheres to corporate visual merchandising guidelines for optimal presentation.
- Previous experience in retail or a similar field with lifestyle products.
- Initial experience in team leadership and motivation.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English.

Previous experience in retail, particularly with lifestyle products, and some experience in team leadership are required.
