1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
2. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
3. Supervise and motivate the sales team to meet sales targets.
4. Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
5. Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance store presentation.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
7. Support in training and development of new staff members.

1. Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Proficiency in store management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

A minimum of 2 years in a retail management or supervisory position is required.
