1. Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales of current watch trends.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, utilizing storytelling to engage customers with the brand's heritage and products.
3. Support the Store Manager in staff leadership and motivation, and fully represent the management in their absence.
4. Coach sales staff on the floor and oversee daily sales operations.
5. Analyze store performance metrics and implement sales-enhancing strategies.
6. Handle daily operational tasks such as cash reconciliation, customer complaints, and order processing.
7. Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and maintain the store's visual and operational standards.

1. Previous experience in retail or a similar lifestyle product sector.
2. Initial experience in team leadership and motivation.
3. Strong customer service orientation with a structured and organized work approach.
4. Enthusiasm for working in a dedicated team with typical retail hours.
5. Keen interest in current lifestyle trends.
6. Proficiency in English.
