1. Assist the Store Manager in daily operations to ensure the store meets sales targets and delivers exceptional customer service.
2. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of customer engagement.
3. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
4. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation and brand image.
5. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks and reporting.
