Stuart Weitzman Store Manager

1. Achieve store sales plan and KPI goals.
2. Improve 4-wall contribution by increasing sales and reducing operating expenses.
3. Deliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience through the team.
4. Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
5. Train and mentor team members to deliver customer experience and operations in accordance with Stuart Weitzman standards.
6. Ensure all new hires complete Stuart Weitzman Onboarding.
7. Champion brand evolution and foster change management.
8. Provide feedback and engage in performance management and developmental conversations.
9. Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, and maintaining productive relationships with customers.
10. Write and administer Annual Performance Appraisals for the team.
11. Manage operational tasks including shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
12. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
13. Enforce compliance with all Stuart Weitzman’s policies and procedures.
14. Ensure team members execute and maintain Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines.
15. Manage payroll, scheduling, and time and attendance.

1. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending, and kneeling required.
2. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
3. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).

3-4 years of leadership experience; experience in a retail environment preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range from $72,000 to $104,000 annually.
