1. Achieve store sales plan and KPI goals.
2. Enhance store profitability by increasing sales and reducing operational expenses.
3. Deliver an energetic and purpose-driven customer experience through team leadership.
4. Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
5. Train and mentor team members to meet Stuart Weitzman standards.
6. Ensure completion of Stuart Weitzman Onboarding for all new hires.
7. Champion brand evolution and manage change effectively.
8. Provide feedback and engage in performance management conversations.
9. Drive business through sales strategies and clienteling.
10. Administer annual performance appraisals for team.
11. Manage operational tasks including shipment, stockroom organization, and inventory management.
12. Act as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business.
13. Ensure compliance with Stuart Weitzman’s policies and procedures.
14. Maintain Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines.
15. Manage payroll, scheduling, and time and attendance.

1. 3-4 years of leadership experience, preferably in a retail environment.
2. High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

Base pay range from $72,000 to $104,000 annually.
