1. Oversee and manage stockroom operations to ensure efficient inventory management.
2. Coordinate with sales and fulfillment teams to maintain optimal stock levels on the sales floor.
3. Implement and uphold company standards for stockroom organization and cleanliness.
4. Train and mentor stock associates to ensure adherence to operational procedures.
5. Monitor inventory discrepancies and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
