1. Support the customer experience and lead operational standards to assist in achieving the store's sales plan.
2. Help the store achieve sales plan and KPI goals.
3. Deliver a bold and energetic customer experience.
4. Complete daily operational tasks including shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
5. Achieve Store Audit Scores at or above Stuart Weitzman’s Standard of 90%.
6. Manage evolving daily workload while prioritizing the customer experience.
7. Ensure Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines are properly executed and maintained.
8. Comply with and enforce company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and audit compliance.
9. Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
10. Train and mentor store team on all operational tasks.
11. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. Ability to multi-task and execute at a fast pace.
2. Ability to frequently lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
3. Ability to meet scheduling and availability expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.

1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.

Base pay range $20.00 to $27.50 hourly.
