1. Support the customer experience and lead operational standards to achieve the store's sales plan.
2. Help the store achieve sales and KPI goals.
3. Deliver an energetic and engaging customer experience.
4. Complete daily operational tasks including shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
5. Ensure compliance with Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines.
6. Understand, comply, and enforce company policies with a focus on loss prevention and audit compliance.
7. Train and mentor store team on operational tasks.
8. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.

1. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and execute tasks at a fast pace.

1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Base pay range from $20.00 to $27.50 hourly.
