- Support the customer experience and uphold operational standards to achieve the store's sales plan.
- Exhibit competencies in driving results, customer focus, and adaptability.
- Contribute to achieving sales and KPI goals.
- Deliver an engaging and dynamic customer experience.
- Execute daily operational tasks including shipment processing, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, inventory management, and SKU integrity.
- Maintain Store Audit Scores at or above 90%.
- Prioritize customer experience while managing daily workload.
- Ensure compliance with Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines.
- Adhere to and enforce company policies, focusing on loss prevention and audit compliance.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
- Train and mentor store team on operational tasks.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.
- 1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and Mobile POS.
1-2 years of leadership experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Base pay range from $19.50 to $24.75 hourly.
