1. Support the customer experience and assist in achieving the store's sales plan.
2. Replenish sales floor as needed and maintain store organization.
3. Complete operational tasks including cash wrap, shipment processing, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
4. Execute and maintain Stuart Weitzman's Visual Guidelines.
5. Comply with company policies, focusing on loss prevention and audit compliance.
6. Develop strategies to achieve personal performance goals.
7. Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
8. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
2. 1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
4. Ability to multi-task and adapt to change.
5. Physical capability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $19.75 hourly.
