1. Support the customer experience and assist in achieving the store’s sales plan through operational tasks.
2. Replenish the sales floor as needed and ensure timely completion of operational tasks such as maintaining the store, cash wrap, shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
3. Execute and maintain Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines consistently.
4. Comply with company policies and procedures, focusing on loss prevention and audit compliance.
5. Create strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
6. Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
7. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. 1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills including iPads, Internet, and Mobile POS.
4. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
5. Adaptability and flexibility to change.
6. Ability to multi-task and maneuver sales floor and stockroom.

1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $19.75 per hour.
