1. Support the customer experience and assist in achieving the store's sales plan.
2. Exhibit a drive for results and adaptability to changing business needs.
3. Deliver an energetic and purpose-driven customer experience.
4. Replenish the sales floor as needed.
5. Complete operational tasks including store maintenance, cash wrap, shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
6. Ensure compliance with Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines and company policies, focusing on loss prevention and audit compliance.
7. Develop strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
8. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
9. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. 1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
2. Adaptability and flexibility to change.
3. Proficiency in multi-tasking.
4. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
5. Capability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
6. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
