1. Support the customer experience and assist in achieving the store’s sales plan through operational tasks.
2. Replenish the sales floor as needed to maintain product availability.
3. Execute and maintain Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines consistently.
4. Complete operational tasks such as maintaining the store, cash wrap, shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
5. Ensure compliance with company policies, focusing on loss prevention and audit compliance.
6. Create strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
7. Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
8. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. 1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and Mobile POS.

1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment is preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay ranges from $15.25 to $19.25 per hour.
