Stock Associate

1. Support the customer experience and complete operational tasks to assist in achieving the store's sales plan.
2. Replenish sales floor as needed.
3. Complete operational tasks including maintaining store, cash wrap, shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, inventory management, and running product for associates.
4. Ensure Stuart Weitzman’s Visual Guidelines are properly executed and maintained.
5. Understand and comply with company policies and procedures with a focus on loss prevention and audit compliance.
6. Create short and long-term strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance goals.
7. Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment.
8. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. 1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment preferred.
2. High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).
4. Ability to execute at a fast pace.
5. Adaptable and flexible to change.
6. Ability to multi-task.
7. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required.
8. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.

1-2 years of stock experience in a retail environment preferred.

High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range $15.25 to $19.25 hourly.
