Stuart Weitzman Site Merchandising Coordinator

- Manage ecommerce product merchandising for US and Canadian websites.
- Upload seasonal buys into the production information management system.
- Coordinate with Product Development and Merchandising teams to ensure accurate product information and timely updates.
- Collaborate with Content Production and Digital Design teams for ecommerce photography needs and ensure image accuracy.
- Support category setup and visual merchandising execution based on storytelling and inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing and executing weekly Outlet events.
- Conduct daily quality assurance checks on sites to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide support for ecommerce sample trafficking and photoshoot logistics.
- Assist the ecommerce team with various projects or programs as needed.
- Ability to problem-solve and anticipate needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of ecommerce and digital retail landscapes.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Prior internship or work experience in ecommerce or site merchandising is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Background in Business, Marketing, or Fashion preferred.
Base pay range from $64,350 to $65,000 annually.
