1. Support the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plans.
2. Exhibit competencies with a focus on Drive for Results and Customer Focus.
3. Deliver sales to achieve store AOP and individual goals.
4. Execute company initiatives and operational standards.

1. 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).
