1. Achieve store and individual sales targets to meet the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
2. Support and enhance the customer experience to foster a collaborative team environment.
3. Exhibit a strong drive for results and maintain a customer-focused approach.

1. 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and mobile POS.

1-3 years of experience in a similar retail environment is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range from $17.25 to $23.50 per hour.
