1. Support the customer experience and teamwork environment to achieve store and individual sales plans.
2. Exhibit competencies with a focus on driving results and customer focus.

1. Ability to execute at a fast pace.
2. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
3. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
4. Ability to meet scheduling and availability expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills including iPads, Internet, and Mobile POS.

1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range from $17.25 to $23.50 hourly.
