- Achieve store and individual sales targets to meet annual operating plan (AOP).
- Support and enhance the customer experience to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Implement company initiatives and uphold operational standards.
- Exhibit a strong focus on driving results and maintaining customer focus.
- 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in maneuvering sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
1-3 years of similar retail experience is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
