1. Achieve store and individual sales targets by supporting the customer experience and fostering a teamwork environment.
2. Exhibit a strong drive for results and maintain a customer-focused approach.
3. Execute company initiatives and uphold operational standards.
4. Maneuver sales floor and stockroom efficiently, including climbing, bending, and kneeling as required.
5. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, to manage product shipment and transfers.
6. Adhere to scheduling and availability expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills including iPads and Mobile POS.

1-3 years of retail experience is preferred, demonstrating a strong ability to drive sales and support a customer-focused environment.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
