1. Achieve store and individual sales targets by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
2. Mentor and motivate the sales team to uphold Stuart Weitzman’s Selling Ceremony and operational standards.
3. Stay informed about market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
4. Ensure timely completion of operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
5. Process shipments and replenish inventory as needed.
6. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture and client experience.
7. Adhere to Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.
8. Perform and supervise store opening and closing procedures.

1. 1-3 years of similar retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and mobile POS.
4. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.

1-3 years of similar retail experience is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $21.75 per hour.
