1. Achieve store and individual sales targets to meet the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
2. Support and enhance the customer experience to foster a collaborative team environment.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and mobile POS.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $21.75 hourly.
