1. Deliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience.
2. Achieve individual sales goals and assist in achieving the store's sales plan.
3. Stay current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
4. Complete operational tasks including maintaining store standards, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
5. Create personal sales and clientele strategies in partnership with the management team.
6. Drive business through clientele, sourcing new customers, and maintaining loyal relationships.
7. Process shipments and replenish inventory as needed.
8. Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures including Loss Prevention.
9. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. Ability to execute at a fast pace.
2. Flexible and solution-oriented.
3. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending, and kneeling required.
4. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
5. Ability to meet scheduling and availability expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of retail experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
