- Deliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience.
- Achieve individual sales goals and assist in achieving the store's sales plan.
- Stay current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
- Complete operational tasks including maintaining store standards, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
- Create personal sales and clientele strategies in partnership with the management team.
- Drive business through clientele, sourcing new customers, and maintaining loyal relationships.
- Process shipments and replenish inventory as needed.
- Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures including Loss Prevention.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.
- Ability to execute at a fast pace.
- Flexible and solution-oriented.
- Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending, and kneeling required.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to meet scheduling and availability expectations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to change based on business needs.

1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
