1. Deliver an exceptional and purpose-driven customer experience to achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Exhibit strong communication skills and adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the business.
3. Stay informed about market competition, fashion trends, and customer shopping behaviors.
4. Complete operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor, cash wrap, and visual merchandising, in accordance with Stuart Weitzman standards.
5. Develop personal sales and clientele strategies in collaboration with the management team.
6. Drive business growth through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and nurturing ongoing customer relationships.
7. Process shipments and replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.
9. Serve as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
2. Flexibility and solution-oriented mindset.
3. Physical capability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
5. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of retail experience is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
