1. Deliver an exceptional and purpose-driven customer experience to achieve both store and individual sales targets.
2. Exhibit strong communication skills and adaptability to meet business needs.
3. Maintain a keen awareness of market competition, fashion trends, and customer shopping behaviors.
4. Execute operational tasks, including maintaining the sales floor and backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising, according to Stuart Weitzman’s standards.
5. Develop personal sales and clientele strategies in collaboration with the management team.
6. Drive business growth through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and nurturing ongoing customer relationships.
7. Process shipments and replenish inventory on the sales floor as required.
8. Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.
9. Serve as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads and Mobile POS.

1-3 years of retail experience is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
