1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience to achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Exhibit strong communication skills and adaptability to meet business needs.
3. Stay informed about market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
4. Maintain store standards, including sales floor, backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
5. Develop personal sales and clientele strategies in collaboration with the management team.
6. Drive business growth through clienteling, sourcing new customers, and fostering loyal customer relationships.
7. Process shipments and replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Loss Prevention.
9. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience preferred.
2. High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

1. Strong oral and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
4. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace.
5. Flexibility and solution-oriented mindset.

1-3 years of retail experience is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range from $15.00 to $20.00 hourly.
