1. Deliver a bold, energetic, purpose-driven customer experience.
2. Achieve individual sales goals and assist in achieving store sales plans.
3. Stay current with market competition, fashion trends, and client shopping behaviors.
4. Complete operational tasks including maintaining the sales floor and backroom, cash wrap, and visual merchandising.
5. Create personal sales and clientele strategies in partnership with the management team.
6. Drive business through clientele, sourcing new customers, and maintaining ongoing loyal relationships with customers.
7. Process shipments and replenish inventory on the sales floor as needed.
8. Adhere to all Stuart Weitzman policies and procedures including Loss Prevention.
9. Act as a brand ambassador for Stuart Weitzman.

1. Ability to execute at a fast pace.
2. Flexible and solution-oriented.
3. Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom; climbing, bending, and kneeling required.
4. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and, at times, lift and carry product/cartons up to 50 pounds.
5. Ability to meet scheduling and availability expectations, including working nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong communication skills both oral and written.
2. Excellent organization and attention to detail.
3. Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills (including iPads, Internet, Mobile POS).

1-3 years of retail experience preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.

Base pay range $15.00 to $20.00 hourly.
